If you participate in any Classic Hits 4GY competition, there are a few rules that you must agree to before entering. Upon entering and competition on Classic Hits 4GY via phone, website, email, or by any other means, it is to be considered that you accept and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions.

• Classic Hits 4GY reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at anytime without notice.
• Special Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contest, at which time, separate Terms and Conditions will be availble for the contest involved.
• No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in Special Terms and Conditions.
• All prizes must be collected within 3 months of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be placed back in the prize pool or made use of a Classic Hits 4GY sees fit.
• Classic Hits 4GY will not notify winners of remaining time to collect their prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.
• All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised. Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: driver's licence/passport/student card which includes a photograph). At it's absolute discretion, Classic Hits 4GY may allow the winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and representative will be required.
• Classic Hits 4GY may elect to post a prize, but no responsibility will be accepted by Classic Hits 4GY for the safe postal delivery of the prize.
• If a winner chooses not to accept a prize, then they forfeit all of that prize.
• Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting their prize.
• Upon request by Classic Hits 4GY, a copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed by any winner.
• All prizes and vouchers are not transferrable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.
• Classic Hits 4GY and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, warranties to prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall Classic Hits 4GY or associated agents be responsible for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of a prize.
• If the nominated prize is, or becomes, unavailable, Classic Hits 4GY, at it's absolute discretion, may substitute a replacement prize.
• All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) becomes the property of Classic Hits 4GY. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winner's names, photographs and audio for any promotional purposes.
• Entries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. Classic Hits 4GY is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, compuer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website, the Internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related or resulting from participating in or downloading any material from www.classichits.com.au or other sites associated with the radio station, it's sales, or promotional activities or ventures.
• Classic Hits 4GY's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Classic Hits 4GY reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in it's absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.
• Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where Special Terms and Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.
• If Classic Hits 4GY fails to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions in any instance, no correspondence or claim will be entered into.
• All parties are ineligible to enter any contest if: a) They have won a prize from Classic Hits 4GY or any other Super Radio Network station in the past month to the date (e.g. A winner on 2 January 2008 will be ineligible to win a prize until 2 February 2008); b) They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than name in order to win prizes from Classic Hits 4GY; or c) They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Broadcast Operation Pty Ltd (ABN 93 000 266 624) and/or are a aponsor or affiliate associated with the contest.
